It's safe to say, we'll all gather around a table during the Christmas season to tuck into a special meal with those we love. Be it a boisterous family affair, a quiet dinner for two or something in between, here's a few ideas to kick start your meal planning

A Show Stopping Dinner to feed a Crowd

Choose a Prime Rib to fill all the plates and impress all the in-laws. The best part is oven roasting a prime rib is super simple! Also called a "Standing Rib Roast," Prime Rib is a roast of Ribeye Steak, and can be bone-in or boneless. Opt for a traditional bone-in roast and plan for 1 rib for every 2 guests.

An Elevated, Intimate Family Dinner

Choose a Filet Mignon Roast (also known as a Tenderloin Roast) and show off your cooking skills with a Christmas classic, Beef Wellington, or opt for a simpler preparation like this Herb-Crusted Roast Tenderloin. This cut is a roast of Filet Mignon Steak, the most prized and tender cut on the whole beef.
