Who qualifies for home delivery?
Any address in Springfield, Willard, Nixa, Republic, Rogersville, Bois D'Arc, Ash Grove, Clever, Billings, Battlefield & Brookline Station qualifies for home delivery. It won't be an option at checkout if your address is outside our delivery area.

What products can be delivered?
Any in stock product can be delivered including frozen meat cuts, dry goods and eggs.

How much does home delivery cost?
Home delivery is $9. Orders $149+ get free delivery.

Is there an order minimum to get home delivery?
Yes. Your cart must be $35+ to qualify for home delivery.

When are home deliveries made?
Home deliveries are made weekly on Monday afternoons between 2-6 pm.

Does my order come in an insulated box?
No. To keep our costs low and minimize waste, we pack our orders in recyclable brown paper bags. 

Do I have to be home?
No. Simply leave out a cooler and we'll drop off your order inside. If there's no cooler visible, we'll knock. 

Do I have to leave out a cooler?
We encourage customers to put out some kind of soft or hard sided cooler year round to protect the packaging from the elements and inquisitive animals. It also serves as an insurance policy to keep your order cold longer if you forget about it. We are not responsible for orders once they are delivered, even if no cooler is present.

When will my card be charged for my home delivery order?
After we adjust the package weight to reflect the exact packages we pack in your order, your card will be charged ~24 hrs before the scheduled delivery date.
