How do I place an order for Farm Pick Up?
Visit our online store to shop our in-stock meat cuts. At checkout, choose Farm Pick Up under Delivery Details.

If Home Delivery is listed, simply click CHANGE, enter your zip code and select Farm Pick Up

Is Farm Pick Up offered daily?
No. Farm Pick up is offered Thursday thru Monday.

How soon can I get my order?
Order by 8 pm to pick up the next day.

Is there a fee for Farm Pick Up?
NO! There are no extra fees. Farm Pick Up is highly recommended for small orders <$150, because you avoid paying the delivery fee.

Is there an order minimum for Farm Pick Up?
NO! Orders of any size are accepted. Farm Pick Up is required for orders not meeting the home delivery minimum.

How do I pay for my order?
You will pay with credit or debit card at checkout. Keep in mind, your card won't be charged until your order is packed, generally within 24 hrs of your pick up date. You will receive a separate receipt by email.

Can I pay by cash?
Email kassi@bluesilobeef.com to make arrangements to pay by cash or split the payment between multiple cards. Only available when The Farm Store is open Check Farm Store Hours

Can I choose when I pick up my order?
Yes! Choose the day you want to pick up using the drop down menu at checkout.

Do I have to order online to get Farm Pick Up?
Yes. Visit our online store to get started

How do I know my order is ready?
Watch your email for notification when your order is ready for pick up.

When can I pick up my order?
Come to the farm anytime between 12 Noon-7 pm to pick up your meat order.

How will I know which bags are mine?
View the dry erase board to see how many bags and where they are located. Every bag will be labelled with your last name and have a bag count  (I.e: 1/3 = bag 1 of 3 total).
Double check your bag count before leaving!!

Won't someone take my meat?! (<--Common concern!)
It hasn't happened since starting the pick up freezer in 2021. Our customers are honest & trustworthy, just like you. More often, the problem is a customer forgetting a bag at pick up. 

What if something comes up & I can't make it to pick up my meat?
