🍗 Sunday: Roasted Chicken with Veggies

This is your classic Sunday dinner with built-in leftovers.

How to make it:
Toss diced potatoes and baby carrots with seasoning salt and spread them in a 9x13 baking dish. Place a whole seasoned chicken on top and roast at 400°F until golden and done.

Why we love it:
It’s one pan, minimal effort, and the leftover chicken becomes a time-saving hero later in the week.

đŸŒœ Monday: Sausage, Zucchini & Corn Skillet

This recipe uses our Cheesy Cheddar Pork Brats for a quick skillet meal that’s packed with flavor.

How to make it:
Slice the brats and cook them in a hot skillet. Add chopped zucchini and corn. Season with salt and pepper. Done in under 20 minutes.

Farmer tip: This one’s a favorite for using up summer garden veggies.

🐖 Tuesday: Slow Cooker Pulled Pork Sandwiches

Pork shoulder roast in the crockpot = effortless dinner that feeds a crowd (with leftovers for Friday).

How to make it:
Place a Blue Silo pork shoulder in the slow cooker with basic seasoning. Cook low and slow until fall-apart tender. Shred and serve on buns with BBQ sauce, baked beans, and slaw.

Make it work harder: Keep seasoning simple so the extra pork can be repurposed later.

🌼 Wednesday: Chicken Taco Bowls

Leftovers from Sunday get a makeover.

How to make it:
Toss shredded roasted chicken with salsa. Layer it over rice and black beans. Top with leftover slaw or fresh lime juice if you’ve got it.

Prep tip: Make a double batch of rice today—you’ll use it again Friday.

🍚 Friday: Pulled Pork Fried Rice

The pork from Tuesday + the rice from Wednesday = a fast, flavor-packed finale.

How to make it:
SautĂ© leftover rice with frozen peas & carrots, diced pork, soy sauce, green onions, and sesame oil. Add a fried egg if you’re feeling fancy.

Easy win: Dinner’s on the table in 15 minutes and tastes better than takeout.
