Brisket is harvested from between the front legs of the beef, a cut that comes in between 12-15 lb total, with only 2 available on each animal. When cut in half, the Flat section of the brisket is square with uniform thickness and less fat. It's ideal for homemade corned beef or for sliced brisket sandwiches.

Thaw a Half Brisket in your fridge at the rate of 7 hours per pound of meat and cook within 7 days of thawing. Brisket needs to be cooked "low & slow" either smoked or in the oven.

Our grass-fed beef is finished for flavor with a limited corn diet, sourced within a 100 mi radius of our farm and aged for 14 days before being hand cut. Every cut is sealed in high-grade, clear vac pac so you can see the quality & know it remains fresh even stored in your freezer.

Each package contains 1 boneless Beef Brisket (Flat Section). Package weight can vary between 4-6 lb. You will be charged for the exact weight of the cut you receive. Allow 1/2 lb uncooked brisket per person.
