Found down the hog's back, our Boneless Pork Loin Roasts are a lean and tender cut and benefits from a longer, slower cook time. Pork's mild flavor means it easily transforms with other flavor profiles. The Pork Loin is larger than the Tenderloin, a perfect choice to feed a crowd or for leftovers.

This roast can also be sliced into boneless chops. To stretch this roast over two meals, cut half into chops, individually portion, wrap & freeze, then prepare the other half as a roast.

After harvest our pork is hung for 7 days before the fresh pork like our Boneless Pork Loin Roast are cut and sealed in thick vac pac to maintain freshness even in your freezer.

Our hogs enjoy fans and shade in the summer and extra bedding in the cold winter months in specially designed pens we can clean out to minimize disease and flies.
