Bone-in Pork Steak

Bone-in Pork Steak

Best Pork Steak for the Grill
$9.25 /lb.
Avg. 1.2 lb.

Cut from the shoulder, Pork Bone-in Steaks (also known as Pork Blade Steaks) contain more fat than traditional loin chops, yielding a very succulent, juicy cut best suited for the grill. Exceptional natural flavor in this cut means little extra seasoning is needed. Our Pork Bone-in Steaks also cook up quick on the stovetop for an easy, low-prep weeknight meal.

Bone-in Pork Steaks should be cooked to 145 degree internal temperature.

After harvest our pork is hung for 7 days before the fresh pork like our Bone-in Pork Chops are cut and sealed in thick vac pac to maintain freshness even in your freezer.

Our Blue Silo Pork begins with hogs sourced direct from local producers and hand-fed to finish on a corn ration, a complex flavor you're family's sure to notice at the dinnertable. Our hogs enjoy fans and shade in the summer and extra bedding in the cold winter months in specially designed pens we can clean out to minimize disease and flies.

Each package contains 1 Pork Bone-in Steak, 1/2-3/4" thick. Total package weight ranges from 0.5-1.3 lbs. You will be charged for the exact weight of the package you receive.
