Our friends on the West Cost first made this sirloin steak roast popular and dubbed it a Tri-Tip, aptly named for its triangular shape when cut off the sirloin primal. This delicious cut eats like a steak and is often smoked or grilled. There's only one like it!
Our grass-fed beef is raised on pasture & finished for flavor with a limited corn diet, sourced within a 100 mi radius of our farm. Our beef is aged for 14 days before being hand cut, vac packed and flash frozen to lock in freshness.
Each package contains 1 Tri-Tip Roast. You will be charged for the exact weight of the cut you receive.
