Allow a package of Stew Meat 12 hours to thaw in the fridge. Cook to an internal temperature of at least 145 degrees
Our grass-fed beef is raised on pasture & finished for flavor with a limited corn diet, sourced within a 100 mi radius of our farm. Our beef is aged for 14 days before being hand cut, vac packed and flash frozen to lock in freshness.
