Add our Smoked & Cured Pork Hocks to a pot of beans or to flavor potato soup. When slow simmered, the meat will break down into tender bits and the bone will add a rich flavor to the dish.
After harvest our pork is hung for 7 days before the Pork Hocks are cured & smoked for 7 days. After cooling, it's cut and sealed in thick vac pac to maintain freshness even in your freezer.

Our hogs enjoy fans and shade in the summer and extra bedding in the cold winter months in specially designed pens we can clean out to minimize disease and flies.
