These Beef Short Ribs come in a smaller size, more manageable for slow cooking or braising in the slow cooker, pressure cooker or stovetop, and still delicious in the smoker. They're an easy and forgiving cut to cook with the extra fat cap to keep the meat tender & juicy. The fall-apart beef has some of the best flavor of any cut on the whole beef.
Our grass-fed beef is raised on pasture & finished for flavor with a limited corn diet, sourced within a 100 mi radius of our farm. Our beef is aged for 14 days before being hand cut, vac packed and flash frozen to lock in freshness.
Each package contains 1, 2-bone in sections of Beef Short Ribs, labelled as "Beef Short Plate". You will be charged for the exact weight of the package you receive.
