Beef Short Ribs aren't easy to find in a traditional grocery store, but we have them in stock here at Blue Silo! This cut comes in a long 4 rib section that can be cut down to braise on the stovetop or left whole to go on the smoker. They're an easy and forgiving cut to cook with the extra fat cap to keep the meat tender & juicy. The fall-apart beef has some of the best flavor of any cut on the whole beef. While all that fat can be trimmed, we suggest to leave it on, braise the ribs as the recipe directs & refrigerate overnight. The chilled fat will be easy to remove then the pan can be reheated in the oven before serving.
Our grass-fed beef is finished for flavor with a limited corn diet, sourced within a 100 mi radius of our farm and aged for 14 days before being hand cut. Every cut is sealed in high-grade, clear vac pac so you can see the quality & know it remains fresh even stored in your freezer.
Each package contains 2 long, 4-bone in sections of Beef Short Ribs. Total package weight will be between 2-4 lbs. You will be charged for the exact weight of the package. you receive.
