Our Round Steaks are cut at a thin 1/4" making them a quick cooking and affordable way to enjoy a steak on any day of the week. Best prepared as chicken fried steak, braised or marinated and grilled. Unlike others, our Round Steaks will still be tender to chew while still being a healthy, lean cut.
Our grass-fed beef is finished for flavor with a limited corn diet, sourced within a 100 mi radius of our farm and aged for 14 days before being hand cut. Every steak is sealed in high-grade, clear vac pac so you can see the quality & know it remains fresh even stored in your freezer.
Each package contains 4 Round Steaks, 1/4" thick (not mechanically tenderized). You will be charged for the exact weight of the package you recieve
