Pork Bone-In Shoulder Roast has a meaty pork flavor and benefits from cooking over low moist heat. Instead of being left whole as a Picnic or Butt, we cut them down into smaller roasts better suited to feed the family on a weeknight. Pork Shoulder Roasts can still be smoked to make pulled pork, too.
