Choose a package of our Mild Italian Beef Sausage and add a robust flavor to meatballs, lasagna or even a breakfast egg casserole. 

This seasoned ground beef product packs the flavor punch of a pork sausage but is made 100% of beef, perfect for anyone wanting to avoid pork based sausage. Crafted by hand, each small batch begins with 85/15 or 80/20 ground beef before being mixed with the seasoning blend.

Our grass-fed beef is raised on pasture & finished for flavor with a limited corn diet, sourced within a 100 mi radius of our farm. Our beef is aged for 14 days before being hand cut, vac packed and flash frozen to lock in freshness.

Each package contains 1 lb of Mild Italian seasoned ground beef. You will be charged for the exact weight of the package you receive.

Cook our Mild Italian Beef Sausage to an internal temperature of 160 degrees before enjoying.
