This seasoned ground beef product packs the flavor punch of a pork sausage but is made 100% of beef. Crafted by hand, each small batch begins with 85/15 or 80/20 ground beef before being mixed with the seasoning blend.
Sealed in 1 lb clear vac pac, the packages do not leak, can be microwaved and pack neatly in the freezer. Like our other products, Our grass-fed beef is finished for flavor with a limited corn diet, sourced within a 100 mi radius of our farm, aged for 14 days and hand cut right here in the Ozarks at an independent butcher shop.
