A boneless strip steak is known as a New York Strip, but we're in the Midwest, the heart of Kansas City Chiefs country, so we call 'em KC Strips. No matter what name you call it, the KC Strip steak is a hands-down customer favorite for it's versatility. It cooks perfectly on the grill, stovetop or under the broiler. Our well-marbled KC Strips offer a great texture coupled with delicious flavor.
Our grass-fed beef is finished for flavor with a limited corn diet, sourced within a 100 mi radius of our farm and aged for 14 days before being hand cut. Every steak is sealed in high-grade, clear vac pac so you can see the quality & know it remains fresh even stored in your freezer.
Each package contains 1 KC Strip Steak. Sizes can range from .5-1 lb. You will be charged for the exact weight of the steak you receive.
