Unlike most "classic" steaks, the Flat Iron Steak is a "new" cut, coming from an area of the beef previously thought to be unfit for anything besides grinding. Lucky for us someone discovered this gem, often referred to as the 2nd most tender steak in the beef. The Flat Iron comes from the chuck (shoulder) and boasts a rich, beefy flavor all it's own, plus it holds seasoning extremely well giving you a fantastic bite to enjoy. This steak is best prepared with dry heat like grilling, broiling, roasting or searing. It's an extremely versatile cut to have in your freezer.

Our grass-fed beef is finished for flavor with a limited corn diet, sourced within a 100 mi radius of our farm and aged for 14 days before being hand cut. Every steak is sealed in high-grade, clear vac pac so you can see the quality & know it remains fresh even stored in your freezer

Each package contains 1 boneless Flat Iron Steak. Sizes can range from 1-2 lb. You will be charged for the exact weight of the steak you receive.
