The Filet Mignon Roast comes in at approximately 1.5-3 pounds. There's no bones to carve out, extra fat or waste; it's all tender, succulent beef. It's smaller size means a shorter cook time, making dinner prep easier. This roast can feed 6-8 adults. It is the main star of the holiday classic Beef Wellington and Beef Chateaubriand.

Our grass-fed beef is raised on pasture & finished for flavor with a limited corn diet, sourced within a 100 mi radius of our farm. Our beef is aged for 14 days before being hand cut, vac packed and flash frozen to lock in freshness.
