The Eye of Round Roast is a lean and flavorful roast that's often used for Roast Beef at the deli. Oven roast, smoke or slow cook for delicious results. It can also be sliced into steaks easily because of its long, uniform shape, slice thin & pound out for chicken fried steak or thicker and marinate for a quick pan-seared steak on a weeknight.

Generally, most roasts can be used interchangeably. The Eye of Round Roast is best suited for recipes that are served sliced.

Thaw an Eye of Round Roast in your fridge at the rate of 6 hours per pound of meat and cook within 7 days of thawing. Cook to an internal temperature of at least 145 degrees before enjoying.

Our grass-fed beef is finished for flavor with a limited corn diet, sourced within a 100 mi radius of our farm and aged for 14 days before being hand cut. Every roast is sealed in high-grade, clear vac pac so you can see the quality & know it remains fresh even stored in your freezer.


Each package contains 1 boneless Beef Eye of Round Roast. Package weight can vary between 2-3 lb. You will be charged for the exact weight of the roast you receive. One 2-lb roast can comfortably serve 4-6 adults.
