These brats are made with 100% Beef that begins as an 85/15 or 80/20 grind before being hand mixed with seasoning and cheese and filled into natural casings by hand. Each brat is extra large, a meal in itself.
The four brats are packed flat and sealed in clear vac pac. These packages do not leak, can be microwaved and pack neatly in the freezer. Best of all, they thaw quickly, perfect for impromptu entertaining or a speedy weeknight dinner. Prepare them on the grill, stovetop or under the broiler.
Like our other products, Our grass-fed beef is finished for flavor with a limited corn diet, sourced within a 100 mi radius of our farm, aged for 14 days and hand cut right here in the Ozarks at an independent butcher shop.
