Beef Cube Steaks, 3 ct

Cube Steaks (also known as Minute Steak or Swiss Steak) will be your new stovetop best friend. Cut from the round, these leaner steaks are 1/4" thick and are pre-tenderized so they'll cook quick and still be tender. Best part? The tenderized indentations act like a sponge to soak up seasoning or cling to breading for the perfect chicken fried steak. Unlike others, our Cube Steaks will still be tender to chew while still being a healthy, lean cut.

Our grass-fed beef is finished for flavor with a limited corn diet, sourced within a 100 mi radius of our farm and aged for 14 days before being hand cut. Every package is sealed in high-grade, clear vac pac so you can see the quality & know it remains fresh even stored in your freezer.

Each package contains 3 Tenderized Round Steaks (also known as minute steaks or cubed steaks, 1/4" thick. You will be charged for the exact weight of the package you receive.
