Beef Delmonico Steak

Our Delmonico Steak combines a robust flavor with a buttery texture for a one-of-a-kind eating experience. Often compared to the Ribeye, the Delmonico is leaner and slightly less tender. It's cut from the chuck, giving it a deeper, more robust flavor than most other steak cuts. Many will choose to share since most Delmonico Steaks are larger.

Our grass-fed beef is raised on pasture & finished for flavor with a limited corn diet, sourced within a 100 mi radius of our farm. Our beef is aged for 14 days before being hand cut, vac packed and flash frozen to lock in freshness. 

Each package contains 1 boneless Delmonico Steak. You will be charged for the exact weight of the package you receive.
