Eating Well Starts with Better Protein: Why Beef Still Belongs on the Table

For a lot of folks, “eating well” sounds like a restriction.

Less of this.
Cut back on that.
Swap this out for something lighter.

But what we see again and again — in our own kitchen and in the families we serve — is something different:

Eating well doesn’t usually mean eating less.
Often, it means eating better protein.

That protein is beef.

Beef is a Foundational Protein for Families

Before protein was added to coffee drinks, snack bars, and frozen waffles, it came from food that didn’t need a label - BEEF

Beef is a natural, unprocessed source of complete protein, meaning it contains all the essential amino acids our bodies need. It also provides important micronutrients that support health at every stage of life, including:

Knowing that iron is vital to growing babies, they are intentionally including beef in his diet.
