Pork Belly comes from the hog's belly an area ripe with juicy fat and tender, flavorful meat and is traditionally cured, smoked and sliced to make bacon. Instead of Bacon, our Pork Belly comes in a square slab, that's easy to slice or will roast evenly. From over-the-top sandwiches to luscious ramen or homemade bacon, Pork Belly is soon to be your new favorite indulgence.

After harvest our pork is hung for 7 days before our Pork Bacon is cured & smoked for 7 days. After cooling, it's cut and sealed in thick vac pac to maintain freshness even in your freezer.

Our Blue Silo Pork begins with hogs sourced direct from local producers and hand-fed to finish on a corn ration, a complex flavor you're family's sure to notice at the dinnertable. Our hogs enjoy fans and shade in the summer and extra bedding in the cold winter months in specially designed pens we can clean out to minimize disease and flies.

Each package contains 1 slab of fresh Pork Belly. Total package weight ranges from 1.5-3 lb. You will be charged for the exact weight of the package you receive.
