Filet Mignon Steak Medallions are smaller "steak tips" yielded from cutting the tenderloin into Filet Mignon Steaks. These smaller portions are extra tender, lean and flavorful, perfect for kids or family members who need easy-to-chew bites. Use Filet Mignon Steak Medallions as kabobs, sauteed with mushrooms or seared and topped with a pan sauce.

Our grass-fed beef is raised on pasture & finished for flavor with a limited corn diet, sourced within a 100 mi radius of our farm. Our beef is aged for 14 days before being hand cut, vac packed and flash frozen to lock in freshness.
