Step outside the box on your next taco night and put authentic lengua street tacos on the menu. Made from a whole beef's tongue, the cut is boiled and skinned, then chopped and seasoned before searing to produce a crispy bite.
Our grass-fed beef is raised on pasture & finished for flavor with a limited corn diet, sourced within a 100 mi radius of our farm. Our beef is aged for 14 days before being hand cut, vac packed and flash frozen to lock in freshness.
Each package contains 1 Beef Tongue. You will be charged for the exact weight of the cut you receive.
