The four 1/4 lb. patties are packed flat and sealed in clear vac pac. These packages do not leak, can be microwaved and pack neatly in the freezer. Best of all, they thaw quickly, perfect for impromptu entertaining or a speedy weeknight dinner.
Like our other products, Our grass-fed beef is finished for flavor with a limited corn diet, sourced within a 100 mi radius of our farm, aged for 14 days and hand cut right here in the Ozarks at an independent butcher shop.
Each package contains four, 1/4 lb. patties of unseasoned ground beef. Total package weight is approximately 1 lb.
Cook ground beef to an internal temperature of 160 degrees before enjoying.
