Korean Beef Short Ribs aren't easy to find in a traditional grocery store, but we have them in stock here at Blue Silo! This cut comes in a 4 rib section sliced 1/2" wide. Thin sliced, these are easy to trim the fat from before marinating for the grill for preparing Galbi, Korean BBQ Beef Short Ribs. The fall-apart beef has some of the best flavor of any cut on the whole beef animal and only improves after an overnight marinate before grilling. Don't trim off too much of the external fat, or risk the cut drying out.
Our grass-fed beef is finished for flavor with a limited corn diet, sourced within a 100 mi radius of our farm and aged for 14 days before being hand cut. Every cut is sealed in high-grade, clear vac pac so you can see the quality & know it remains fresh even stored in your freezer.
Each package contains 6-8, 4-bone in sections of Beef Short Ribs sliced 1/2" thick. Total package weight will be between 2-4 lbs. You will be charged for the exact weight of the package. you receive.
