Beef Steak Bites

Our Beef Steak Bites are tender pieces of beef cut into bite-sized portions and ready to go straight from the package to your skillet—perfect when you want a quick, protein-packed dinner without spending extra time in the kitchen.

Season them simply with salt and pepper or use your favorite marinade or steak seasoning. Steak Bites cook quickly over high heat in a hot skillet or on a flat-top grill, making them an easy choice for steak and eggs, rice bowls, salads, pasta, stir-fries, or a simple steak dinner with a baked potato and vegetables. They're also great for meal prep when you want cooked beef ready to add to meals throughout the week.

For the best results, pat the beef dry and cook in a very hot skillet in small batches so the pieces develop a good sear without overcooking.

Our grass-fed beef is raised on pasture and finished for flavor with a limited corn diet sourced within a 100-mile radius of our farm. Our beef is aged before being hand cut, vacuum packed, and flash frozen to lock in freshness.

Each package contains approximately 1 lb of unseasoned Beef Steak Bites.
