Fajita beef shouldn't be stringy and tough. We choose tender sirloin steak, expertly hand-sliced by our butcher to save you time. A customer favorite, these steak strips are perfect for fajitas or stir-fry dishes.
Our grass-fed beef is raised on pasture & finished for flavor with a limited corn diet, sourced within a 100 mi radius of our farm. Our beef is aged for 14 days before being hand cut, vac packed and flash frozen to lock in freshness
Each package contains 1 lb of fajita strips of varying lengths. You will be charged for the exact weight of the package you receive.
