Use a healthy dose of your favorite seasoning & cook on a hot stovetop, using a metal spatula to tenderize and break apart as it cooks - don't use a non-stick pan for this. Hit it with a dose of Worcestershire sauce if you are into that kinda thing and Finish with carmelized onions, peppers and melty white cheese on a crusty roll. Will yield 4-6 sandwiches.

Our grass-fed beef is raised on pasture & finished for flavor with a limited corn diet, sourced within a 100 mi radius of our farm. Our beef is aged for 14 days before being hand cut, vac packed and flash frozen to lock in freshness.
