Savor the rich flavor of Beef Oxtail, a cut offering a variety of health benefits thanks to its high gelatin content. Beef Oxtail is often slow cooked as a stew or braised but can be used to make beef stock, too.
Our grass-fed beef is raised on pasture & finished for flavor with a limited corn diet, sourced within a 100 mi radius of our farm. Our beef is aged for 14 days before being hand cut, vac packed and flash frozen to lock in freshness.
Each package contains 1 Beef Oxtail. You will be charged for the exact weight of the package you receive.
