Our grass-fed, pasture-raised beef is finished for flavor on a carefully balanced corn diet sourced from farms within 100 miles of our own. Aged for 14 days to enhance tenderness, then hand-cut, vac-packed, and flash frozen to preserve freshness in every bite.
