Brisket is harvested from between the front legs of the beef, with only 2 available on each animal. When cut in half, the Point section of the brisket, known as the deckle, is thicker with more fat, making it perfect for shredding into BBQ Beef Sandwiches.
Thaw a Half Brisket in your fridge at the rate of 7 hours per pound of meat and cook within 7 days of thawing. Brisket needs to be cooked "low & slow" either smoked or in the oven.
Our grass-fed beef is raised on pasture & finished for flavor with a limited corn diet, sourced within a 100 mi radius of our farm. Our beef is aged for 14 days before being hand cut, vac packed and flash frozen to lock in freshness.
Each package contains 1 boneless Beef Brisket Point Section. You will be charged for the exact weight of the cut you receive. Allow 1/2 lb uncooked brisket per person.
