Not a piece of our Blue Silo Chicken carcass is wasted, which is why we request the backs packaged up after the retail cuts are all removed. Enjoy a wholesome homemade chicken stock by adding a package of chicken backs to a stockpot or slow cooker to slow cook, seasoning to your taste. You'll make nearly the equivalent of 3 boxes of store bought stock but without the added preservatives or packaging.
Each package contains chicken back sections from 2 birds. You will be charged for the exact weight of the package you receive.
