Beef Roast Chunks

All the rich flavor of a slow-cooked beef roast without the extra prep work. Our Beef Roast Chunks are pieces of boneless beef roast, already cut into manageable portions and ready for your favorite slow cooker, Instant Pot, or Dutch oven recipes.

These versatile chunks are perfect for any recipe that calls for cutting up a beef roast before cooking or shredding the meat after cooking. Use them for tender shredded beef tacos, French dip sandwiches, beef and noodles, hearty stews, or a classic pot roast dinner. They're especially convenient when you don't need an entire roast but still want that rich, slow-cooked beef flavor.

For the best results, cook low and slow with broth and your favorite seasonings until the beef is fork-tender and easily shreds. You can also use a pressure cooker to get that fall-apart tenderness in less time. Make a batch of shredded beef to use in several meals throughout the week!

Our grass-fed beef is raised on pasture and finished for flavor with a limited corn diet sourced within a 100-mile radius of our farm. Our beef is aged for 14 days before being hand cut, vacuum packed, and flash frozen to lock in freshness.
