Brisket is harvested from between the front legs of the beef, with only 2 available on each animal. As a tougher cut of meat, smoke or oven roast low and slow for best results. Reach for a Beef Brisket when you're looking for a big cut to feed a crowd.

Thaw a Half Brisket in your fridge at the rate of 7 hours per pound of meat and cook within 7 days of thawing. Brisket needs to be cooked "low & slow" either smoked or in the oven.

Our grass-fed beef is raised on pasture & finished for flavor with a limited corn diet, sourced within a 100 mi radius of our farm. Our beef is aged for 14 days before being hand cut, vac packed and flash frozen to lock in freshness.

Each package contains 1 boneless Beef Full Whole Brisket. You will be charged for the exact weight of the cut you receive. Allow 1/2 lb uncooked brisket per person.
