The Sirloin Tip Roast is given the name because it's cut from the upper round, adjacent to the Sirloin. This lean roast shines when oven roasted to medium rare or braised to lock in juiciness
Generally, most roasts can be used interchangeably. The Sirloin Tip Roast is best suited for recipes that are served sliced.
Thaw a Sirloin Tip Roast in your fridge at the rate of 6 hours per pound of meat and cook within 7 days of thawing. Cook to an internal temperature of at least 145 degrees before enjoying.
Our grass-fed beef is raised on pasture & finished for flavor with a limited corn diet, sourced within a 100 mi radius of our farm. Our beef is aged for 14 days before being hand cut, vac packed and flash frozen to lock in freshness.
