Cut at a thick 1.25", our Porterhouse steaks bring together the best of the filet and strip cuts with the iconic "T-Bone" left in giving the cut an extra flavor punch. Don't throw that bone out! Save it for a pot of homemade beef stock, for more bang for your buck.
Our grass-fed beef is finished for flavor with a limited corn diet, sourced within a 100 mi radius of our farm and aged for 14 days before being hand cut. Every steak is sealed in high-grade, clear vac pac so you can see the quality & know it remains fresh even stored in your freezer.
Each package contains 1 Porterhouse Steak. Sizes can range from 1.5-2.25 lb. You will be charged for the exact weight of the steak you receive.
