Canoe-cut Beef Marrow Bones are ideal for roasting to savory the rich, meaty flavor that has been called the "butter of the gods." Season liberally, roast at 450* until the marrow begins to pull away from the bone, serve immediately by scooping out & spreading over bread. Canoe-cut Marrow Bones are ideal for crafting rich bone broth because so much of the marrow is accessible to release its collagen and nutrients.

Our grass-fed beef is raised on pasture & finished for flavor with a limited corn diet, sourced within a 100 mi radius of our farm. Our beef is aged for 14 days before being hand cut, vac packed and flash frozen to lock in freshness.
Each package contains 3-5 cross-sections of Beef Marrow Bones. You will be charged for the exact weight of the package you receive.
