Ground Pork adds a juiciness to just about any recipe, especially meatloaf or meatballs. DIY your own sausage by adding your custom seasoning to our Ground Pork to get the flavoring or spice just right.
After harvest our pork is hung for 7 days before the fresh pork like our Bone-in Pork Chops are cut and sealed in thick vac pac to maintain freshness even in your freezer.
Our Blue Silo Pork begins with hogs sourced direct from local producers and hand-fed to finish on a corn ration, a complex flavor you're family's sure to notice at the dinnertable. Our hogs enjoy fans and shade in the summer and extra bedding in the cold winter months in specially designed pens we can clean out to minimize disease and flies.
Easily remove by cutting off an end and squeezing out the contents into your bowl or skillet. Do not microwave to thaw. Thaw on a plate.
Each package contains approximately 1 lb of unseasoned ground pork. You will be charged for the weight of the exact package you receive.
