Beef Chorizo

Make taco night ultra easy with Beef Chroizo, a tex-mex inspired seasoned ground beef, with a medium kick of spicy heat. Pre-seasoned and quick-cooking, our Beef Chorizo makes dinnertime prep easier, plus, it's versatile, pairing with eggs for breakfast, taco salad for lunch or a Mexican casserole for dinner. 

This seasoned ground beef product packs the flavor punch of traditional pork chorizo but is made 100% of beef. Crafted by hand, each small batch begins with 85/15 or 80/20 ground beef before being mixed with the seasoning blend.

Sealed in 1 lb clear vac pac, the packages do not leak, can be microwaved and pack neatly in the freezer. Like our other products, Our grass-fed beef is finished for flavor with a limited corn diet, sourced within a 100 mi radius of our farm, aged for 14 days and hand cut right here in the Ozarks at an independent butcher shop.

Each package contains 1 lb of Beef Chroizo. You will be charged for the exact weight of the package you receive

Cook our Chorizo to an internal temperature of 160 degrees before enjoying.
