To cut costs, other farms only offer basic cuts: steaks, roasts and ground beef.

Frequently Asked Questions:

Does frozen meat go bad?
NO! Our meat is vac-packed especially for the freezer. The tight seal eliminates air exposure causing freezer burn, giving our meat a shelf life of over a year. However, we recommend choosing a package size that your family will eat in less than a year to ensure you're enjoying meat at it's peak freshness. 

When will the meat be ready for pick up?
When ordering is open, click the blue "Pre-Order" to begin the order process and see the delivery date(s) available. A delivery date will be listed. If multiple dates are available a drop down menu will give you the dates to choose from. If the package is "Sold Out" an estimated date for ordering to open will be listed above the blue button. Join our email list to be notified when ordering opens.

How do I get my meat?
Farm pick up is included for all orders and is available when The Farm Store is open. Home delivery is available for $100 to addresses in Ozark, Nixa, Willard, Republic & Springfield. The fee will be added to your order total. You will choose between farm pick up and delivery on the cut instruction form.

Can I order a 1/2 Hog, too?
Yes! Unfortunately, the system requires you to submit separate orders for each. Separate cut instruction forms will also be required. We will work with you to combine the orders for one delivery.

When do I make the final payment?
Final payment is due 10 days before delivery. You will receive an email update 3 weeks before delivery with all the details on making your final payment and scheduling delivery or pick up.

Is there a pay-in-full cash discount?
YES! Receive a $200 discount when you pay in full by cash or check within 10 days of ordering.
How it works:
 When ordering is open, click the blue "Pre-Order" to begin the order process. Before submitting your order, leave a note in the comments box indicating that you want to pay in full. You will still be required to enter a card but it will not be charged as long as there's a note in the comment box. We will contact you directly with details on how to make your payment. We will manually apply the discount. 

What size freezer do I need?
A stand-alone upright or chest style freezer is required to store a 1/2 Beef.
A 1/2 Beef in a 16 cu ft chest freezer will be 1/2 full.
