The Outside Skirt Steak is one of Kassi's favorite cuts, a truly hidden gem that you're going to fall in love with, too. Open the package and unroll to find a long cut. When compared to the Inside Skirt Steak, this cut is thicker and will eat more like a steak. Trim off any extra membrane or fat and marinate. This thin cut will cook fast on high heat. Cut against the grain before serving. The Outside Skirt Steak is great for meal prepping or feeding the entire family steak without breaking the bank.
Our grass-fed beef is finished for flavor with a limited corn diet, sourced within a 100 mi radius of our farm and aged for 14 days before being hand cut. Every steak is sealed in high-grade, clear vac pac so you can see the quality & know it remains fresh even stored in your freezer.
Each package contains 1 Outside Skirt Steak (label will read "Skirt Steak"). Sizes range from 1-2 lb.You will be charged for the exact weight of the steak you receive.
